  • Low annual deductible
  • 90% of Medical insurance premiums are paid by DDC

Dental Insurance - Delta Dental

  • 100% coverage of preventative and diagnostic services 
  • 80% Coverage of minore restorative, endontics, periodontics and oral surgery 
  • 50% covereage of major dental services
  • Low annual deductible
  • 100% of Dental insurance premiums are paid by DDC

Life Insurance - IEEE

  • Term life insurance coverage provided for full-time employees
  • Life insurance premium and IEEE membership fee paid by DDC

Paid holidays and vacation days

  • Employees each get 20 days to use as they prefer (worked out in advance with company and customer requirements). There are no designated company holidays.
  • Unused days are paid at the end of the year.
 

Paid overtime

  • DDC pays linear overtime for billable hours which exceed normal hours. Overtime hours are paid out quarterly.

    • Employees may contribute up to the IRS limit.
    • All employees are eligible to participate.
    • Investments can be made in any stocks or mutual funds.
